Spinners continue to dictate terms

The second round of the 23rd National Cricket League commenced in a similar fashion to the previous round as spinners outshined once again in most of the matches while Dhaka’s Abdul Mazid and national team batter Saif Hassan scored tons apiece against Rangpur at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium yesterday.
