Lakers' Davis out vs. OKC with right foot injury

The Los Angeles Lakers have ruled Anthony Davis out of Wednesday night's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to a stress injury to the right foot, an injury similar to the one that caused him to miss 20 straight games in December and January.
