Sources: Nuggets to get 1st-rd. pick from Pacers

The Nuggets, who did not have a first-round pick in Thursday's NBA draft, will acquire the 29th and 32nd overall picks in a trade with the Pacers, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
